Updating License cPanel on your server

If for some reason we forgot to renew the license of cPanel / WHM on your server or vps that we use, follow these steps to update its license so that the server or vps update cpanel license file.

If we cpanel license expired, the user can not login to WHM and cPanel well, you will be faced with the message that your license has expired.


CPanel License Verification 

If we've done an extension, verify in advance through http://www.cpanel.net/apps/verify/ URL, enter the main server IP address (which is listed as the owner of the license cPanel) and click Verify.


Consider the results of the query that you enter the IP Address, in outline, when colored green, then your license is active, if gray, then your license in a state of disabled / non-active.
On these pages you can also observe the following :

* History / History of your cPanel License 
* Name Package (External, Internal, VPS / VZZO, and TEST YEAR)
* Partner cPanel where we register the license
* And of course Status (Active or Expired / Deactivated)
Updating a License Server cPanel

If your license is active, please log in via ssh as root, and run the following command :

# /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt
Updating Internal cPanel Information....................Done
 
Go back to your WHM, if all goes well then the License Server cPanel you've updated.
